Soooooooo, I just checked out the new book club selection from the library and I almost had my baby right there when I saw how freakn' thick this book is.......are you sure we don't want to go with something thinner?! Just a thought!!!!!!

Sorry--I didn't know it was so long--but I got it on Sat & I am on pg 148. It has been a quick read (& I always get distracted when I am trying to read!!)
Do check out the movie trailer if you haven't already--that will get you in the mood to read the book :)

Seriously- it is long but a captivating story. You will want to finish it. And it is a fast read...I read it AND our book club pick a couple of months ago. I'm so glad you are all reading it so I can finally have someone to talk to about it!!
Don' t forget that we read East of Eden, which is also 600 pages. And nearly all of us finished it and put it on our top favorites list.
